Market Access Contract Team Build 
Situation - Company 1 wanted to recruit NHS Key account managers initially on a contract basis to facilitate all the market access work for, a novel dermatology drug.
Task - To recruit 7 NHS KAMs and 1 National Manager with proven experience in funding streams, NHS/PCT negotiation skills and be able to influence formulary applications and work in partnership to launch a new product.
Action - CHASE understood that these candidates had to be of the highest quality and worked to source Account Managers that could meet a very tight brief. As a company we worked hard at understanding what a truly innovative drug was being launched and our enthusiasm meant that we could really excite candidates to join the project. Candidates were sourced from a diverse pool, advertising, database and referral.
Result - All 8 contractors were recruited on time and on budget and the client benefited from an excellent launch with a highly skilled team.
CNS Contract Key Account Hospital Team 
Situation - Company 2 wanted to put more support behind an existing successful CNS product on a contract basis for one year.
Task - To recruit a team of 12 outstanding Hospital Key Account Managers throughout the UK with extensive CNS experience.
Action - Discussed with the client that the ability to offer 3 or 4 days a week in addition to full time working, would offer the largest pool of suitable candidates.
Result - Whole team were recruited on time and on budget, approximately half were on a part time basis. This team was eventually taken on to permanent headcount.
National Contract Nutritional Nurse Team 
Situation - Company 3 wanted to partner with a CSO to provide nutritional nurse advisors throughout the UK.
Task - To TUPE existing team to CHASE Headcount and then provide the capability to recruit high quality nurses to work in the community supporting patients on nutritional feeds.
Action - Worked closely with the client to understand the culture of the company and the individual needs of the nurse team.
Result - CHASE has now run this very successful team for a number of years. The key to success is to work in total partnership with the client, ensuring that all vacancies are filled and that the team have a first class support service at all times.
