Since inception in 1998 CHASE has always supported graduates into the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This process was formalised in March 2004 when The CHASE Graduate Recruitment Programme was established.
The aim of the programme is to act as a support to graduates looking to get into the industry, bridging the transition between university and the commercial world. CHASE has found this methodology effective for clients as they have confident and prepared candidates.
The Leadership Programme identifies the raw talent an organisation needs to sustain its talent pool for their future Key Account Manager, Marketers, Regional Managers, Sales Directors and CEO's. The graduates can be assessed by CHASE to establish their capabilities and company fit. All CHASE Graduates are interviewed on a face to face basis by The Graduate Recruitment Team.
CHASE works alongside the major blue chip pharmaceutical and healthcare companies and provides these organisations with high calibre Medical Sales Representatives. Candidates will either be employed directly by a pharmaceutical or healthcare company, or will work on contract through CHASEVM. After a period of time many of our clients offer to employ contracted representatives on a full time basis. This provides an excellent opportunity for career development.
