Chris Joined the Industry over 25 years ago and has 9 years of 1st and 2nd Line Pharmaceutical sales management experience with GlaxoSmithkline. Having initially managed Royce Consultancy, Chris identified a gap in the market for a highly professional company that was totally committed to treating candidates and clients as individuals and exceeding their expectations. As MD at CHASE, Chris specialises in senior management appointments and is your prime contact for contract sales teams, vacancy management and all differential resourcing solutions.

With over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry including 5 years experience as 1st Line Manager, Judy is responsible for CHASE's strategic operation and managing the consultancy team. Judy also brings a wealth of HR experience having started her career as an HR Manager at BHS; she then moved to work for a leading Insurance Search and Selection Agency before joining the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Emma joined CHASE in 2001 and has over 20 years experience in recruitment, contracting and service delivery to the Pharmaceutical Industry in the UK. Emma spent her early years with a large CSO initially as a representative and was rapidly promoted to become a Project Manager. Emma is committed to excellence in recruitment and project delivery and is Director of CHASE contract teams

Simon first joined the Industry as a sales representative for CHASE back in 2001 and was initially contracted out to Novo Nordisk before being taken onto their headcount. He then worked across various sales and marketing roles with them, before moving on to work for BMS, where he launched their diabetes joint venture with Astra Zeneca in 2009, giving him a strong understanding of the UK market and our clients needs.

Simon rejoined CHASE in January 2012 from The MSI Consultancy, where he worked in a Global capacity as a Strategic Marketing Consultant. In this role, Simon had the benefit of working with many of the worlds leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, helping to develop strategic solutions for critical business challenges, whilst developing a range of marketing excellence skills and gaining insights into some of the future challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry.

Simon will primarily be responsible for developing the CHASE marketing strategy and Business Development on the CSO side for CHASE Flex. Additionally he will be responsible for overseeing the appointment of Senior marketing candidates.
